Living Room with Dining Area and Kitchen
Modern Kitchen with Dishwasher, stove and fridge. Dining table for up to 8 people, two couches in front of the fireplace. Just step out onto the wodden patio and enjoy the relaxing sound of the river Saalach.
Sleeping Room 1
Massive oak bed 2x2 metres in a cosy room with a wall made of wood more than 200 years old. The bed has a wonderful eco mattress. Go through the Walkin Closet directly into the big bath room.
Sleeping Room 2
Two large single beds made of old oak wood and eco mattresses will let you sleep perfectly. The armoir in the room, a so-called „star armoir“ is one of five left in the world.
Storage
On the west side of the house is a storage with a washing machine for your clothes.
Bath Room 1
Bathtub with direct view to mount Achberg and the Saalach river. WC, Shower and door to our outdoor shower (ideal after the Sauna).
Sauna
Sauna with „hidden room“ on top. If you step up the ladder, you will find a cosy separée to relax and to feel like in your private little hammam.
Bath room 2
With shower and WC. Enjoy the view into the garden and the village while brushing your teeth.
Hall
Spacious hall with a broad sideboard. The outer entrance area is tiled with handpicked stones from the nearby stream „Unkenbach“.
Sleeping Room 3
The Childrens' Room is equipped with four beds (each 0,9mx2m), which can certainly be used by adults, too.
